Judges' comments:

“Here we have a fresh, slightly tangy yoghurt with a silky-smooth, homogeneous consistency and a rich flavour of sun-ripened cherries. Well-balanced, creamy and exceptionally appetising.”

Butter & Spreadables: Svenskt smör EKO 250g - Götene Dairy

Judges' comments:

“Here we have a butter with a perfect structure and a consistency that melts on the tongue. The flavour has a fine balance between saltiness and acidity, while the warm yellow colour makes the butter a beautifully presented product.”

Cheese: Saga 70+ 1.2 kg - Gjesing Dairy

Judges' comments:

“A white and blue mould cheese with an attractive, uniform structure and a harmonious balance of flavours. It combines the creamy mildness of white mould with the distinctive character of blue mould, resulting in a rich, elegant and beautifully balanced flavour experience.”
