Judges' Note:

Butter and spreadables: Bregott with Sea Salt - Götene Butter and Blended Products

Judges' Note:

"A product with the most beautiful summer-yellow color, where the fresh, slightly sour taste combines with noticeable salt crystals as it melts in your mouth."

Cheese: The White Lady - Troldhede Dairy

Judges' Note:

"A beautiful cheese - with a colour as white as freshly fallen snow, the texture is perfect, and the taste is mildly tangy with a hint of mushroom."
