Who is behind the International Food Contest?

The following associations are behind the exhibition:

  • Danish Dairy Board / The Dairy Committee
  • The Danish Dairy Managers Association
  • The Association of Danish Private Dairies
  • The Danish Cheese and Butter Association.

These four associations have established a joint Exhibition Committee, consisting of representatives from all associations, with expert assistance available when required.

Furthermore, a team of voluntary, unpaid dairy professionals is involved in carrying out the assessments and organising the exhibition.
