Who is behind the IFC?

About the International Food Contest organisers.

The following associations are behind the exhibition:

  • Danish Dairy Board / The Dairy Committee
  • The Danish Dairy Managers Association
  • The Association of Danish Private Dairies
  • The Danish Cheese and Butter Association.

These four associations have set up a joint Exhibition Committee with representatives from all associations and with expert assistance when required.

Furthermore, there is a crew of voluntary, non-paid dairy people involved in the actual implementation of the assessments og the exhibition.
