The crew: the backbone of the exhibition

International Food Contest could not be implemented without the help and expertise of the crew.

Without the voluntary and unpaid crew the International Food Contest could not be carried out. The crew meets on Saturday before the exhibition opening and stays on till the exhibition shuts down on Thursday. 

Some crewmembers are retired, others are still in employment - but they are all dairy people with a combined huge amount of product knowledge from their many years in the industry.
